This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to forward the complaint dated 16.10.2017 to the second respondent and further direct them to register FIR upon the same and take action as per law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the complaint is purely civil in nature and during the enquiry, the parties made a statement that they can approach before the competent civil Court to resolve the dispute. In view of the above, the complaint has been closed.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
