P.Karnan, the petitioner came forward this Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking a direction to register a case, based on his complaint dated 05.07.2016, as against one Murugesan, a public servant for his alleged commission of certain offences under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that Murugesan's matter has already engaged the attention of the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Virudhunagar. Now, a preliminary enquiry has been taken up in P.E.151/2016/ADW/VN, dated 18.07.2016. As and when materials are collected and if it discloses any offence, action as per law will be taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
