O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.109 of 2015.

2. The case was registered as against the petitioner in Crime No.109 of 2015. It is stated by the petitioner that the petitioner is un necessarily involved in this case and that therefore, a direction should be issued in the interest of justice.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the charge sheet has been filed on 10.11.2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam. It is further stated that it is not taken on file.

4. Considering the fact that the charge sheet has already been filed, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent police is directed to see that the final report is taken on file within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
