O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 14.06.2017, lodged before the respondent herein through Post.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the closure report and submitted that petition enquiry was conducted by the respondent Police and after enquiry, the petition was closed by the respondent, as the dispute is purely civil in nature.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Court to redress his grievance.
