MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the absence of the petitioners before the Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai and permit the petitioners to comply the direction imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)no.1318 of 2022, dated 25.01.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that due to ill health of the first petitioner and employment of the other petitioners, they have not complied with the conditions stipulated by this Court. Now they are ready to comply with the conditions, but the learned Judicial Magistrate has refused to accept the same.

CRL MP(MD) No.3948 of 2022 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
