The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned letter issued by the second respondent on behalf of first respondent dated 28.11.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue the passport to the writ petitioner.

2. Today, this case is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

It is seen from the records that since there was no representation for the writ petitioner on 20.02.2024 and subsequently on 11.03.2024, this Court ordered to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 22.03.2024 and even today (22.03.2024), there is no representation for the writ petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
