O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct enquiry based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 24.02.2025.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that already the petitioner lodged a complaint and the same was closed on 17.12.2024 after due enquiry. In the meantime, once again the petitioner lodged a complaint for the same set of allegations and the same is under enquiry. However, they will complete the enquiry within a period of one [1] week.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the private parties directs the 2/5

respondents 1 & 2 to complete the enquiry in accordance with law within a period of one [1] week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
