ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.3, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.10.2017 by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307, 387 and 506(ii) of IPC., in Crime No.230 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 11.10.2017, the petitioner along with other accused demanded money from the defacto complainant using filthy languages and threatened him with weapons for intoxication purpose. On intervention of public they fled away from the place of occurrence. Pursuant to the complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioner and they were arrested. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State submitted that the detention order has been passed against the petitioner in vide order dated 31.10.2017 in M.H.S.Condtdl No.115 of 2017 branding him as Goonda and he was directed to him detained at the Central Prison, Palayamkottai. 5.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
