ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner with regard to the civil dispute.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner was harassed at the hands of the third respondent under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the petitioner filed the present Criminal Original Petition with the aforesaid prayer, before this Court. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the status report before this Court, as per the direction of this Court. In the status report, it is stated that on the basis of statement made by the fourth respondent, the complaint was closed on 22.03.2018 and the parties have agreed to approach the Civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is also mentioned in the status report that no signature was obtained in any blank paper and no harassment was made to the petitioner as stated in this petition.

4.In view of the above, no further adjudication is required in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
