2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after completing the investigation, charge has been abated as against the petitioner on 11.06.2017. Hence, the prayer sought for in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
