ORDER

The petitioner was an absconding accused. He wants this Court to quash the impugned proceedings on the ground that the witnesses in the case turned hostile.

2.The petitioner's counsel states that he is not aware of the case details. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to furnish the relevant details including documents to the petitioner's counsel through the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side). Inasmuch as, the look out circular is pending as on date, I am not inclined to consider this quash petition on merits. It is of course open to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
