This petition is filed for issuing direction to the 2nd respondent Police not to harass the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions submitted that no complaint was received by the second respondent as against the petitioner and that no enquiry was conducted so far. It is further stated that no further enquiry is contemplated against the petitioner and that there will not be any harassment.
3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
