Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere with the petitioner's right over his property at the behest of the third respondent.

ORDER

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2.Mr.V.S.V.Venkateshvaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 1 and 2 at the behest of the third respondent are harassing the petitioner and that they are also interfering with the civil dispute which is pending between the petitioner and the third respondent.

3.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that no complaint was received from the third respondent as alleged by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.6336 of 2021 4.In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the second respondent is directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decisions in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610 and Lalita kumari vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in AIR 2014 SC 187, if any complaint is lodged against the present petitioner. No costs.
