ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Madurai to dispose the case in C.C.No.07 of 2017 pending on the file of learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai within a time period that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor (Ciriminal Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.07 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
