SIVAGNANAM, J.] Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may permit to withdraw the Writ petition, since the Writ petitioner has been selected for the post of which he has applied.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
