This petition is filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.380 of 2017 from Inspector of Police, Panagudi Police Station, Panagudi, Thirunelveli District to any other investigating agency in the nearby Police Station.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and after completion of investigation, the petitioner seeks alteration to include the offences under Sections 324, 325 and 307 of IPC. already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor on 26.09.2017 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the fact that the investigation is completed and that the final report has already been filed, this petition cannot be entertained. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
