ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A-2 in Crime No.592 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 08.04.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 153(A)(b) of I.P.C read with 25(1a) of Arms Act and hence seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 08.04.2015, the accused is found in possession of deadly weapons in the Court campus.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a Polytechnic Student and he has to write his examination on 04.05.2015.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) strongly opposed the application stating that the accused was found with deadly weapons in the Court campus and the investigation is at crucial stage.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
