ORDER

This petitioner is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.10.2017 as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and since the issue is civil in nature, the complaint has been closed.

However, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the complainant and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
