(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to grant draught relief fund for 2016-2017 for the list of missing beneficiaries from serial No.90 to 120 of Sooranam

Village, Sivagangai District.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a communication sent by the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai in Na.Ka.NC1/17284/2017 dated 21.06.2018, by which recommendation has been made to the Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Revenue, Disaster Management, Chepauk, Chennai, which is stated to be pending consideration.

4.In such view of the matter, we direct the Additional Chief Secretary/ Commissioner of Revenue Administration, Revenue, Disaster Management, Chepauk, Chennai to pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid recommendation dated 21.06.2018 and thereafter direct the concerned officials to do the needful within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
