ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 10.01.2017 lodged by the petitioner.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner made a complaint and was asked to appear for enquiry. But the petitioner had not appeared for the enquiry on 19.11.2017. Therefore, the said complaint was closed for non co-operation of the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was asked for the enquiry on some other day. Thereafter, he has not received any summons from the respondents. Now, the petitioner is ready to appear for the enquiry before the respondent Police.

4.In view of the submissions made by the parties by giving an opportunity to the petitioner, the respondents have to issue summons, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of this order to the petitioner to appear for enquiry. On receipt of the summons, the petitioner has to appear on the date before the respondent Police.

5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
