This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.44 of 2019 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the fourth respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the second respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.44 of 2019 and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai, on 23.07.2020, itself.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
