When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as against the order of the Writ Court, the contemnor/petitioner has preferred an appeal in W.A(MD) No.444 of 2022 and an order of interim stay was granted in the writ appeal.

2.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition, after disposal of the writ appeal, if necessary .
