ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.04.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 r/w 397 IPC in Crime No.275 of 2015 and for the alleged offence under Section 307 IPC in Crime No.201 of 2015 and hence, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) strongly opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner by stating that the petitioner has involved in previous case, in which it is alleged that the petitioner has attacked the Advocate and the same is pending before Manapparai Police Station and in this case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he has attacked the police due to which the victim has sustained injury and if the petitioner is released on bail, the petitioner would abscond. 4.In view of the circumstances, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petitions are dismissed.
