ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein to register the F.I.R based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.06.2017 and also based on the proceedings of the second respondent dated 22.01.2016 in accordance with law. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, a suit in O.S.No.135 of 2015 is pending before the District Munsif Court, Devakkottai. Therefore, with an advice to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court seeking his remedy, the complaint was closed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the said fact that the suit is pending before the District Munsif Court, Devakottai.

4.In view of the above submissions made by the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court seeking appropriate remedy.
