O R D E R

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the second respondent had given a complaint alleging encroachment of Government lands. The petitioner's counsel states that it is a patta land and that he was having every right to perform poomi pooja.

3.Taking note of all these aspects, the following directions are issued:- (i) If the first respondent wants to summons the petitioner, the first respondent will issue summons in writing.

(ii) if the first respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the first respondent will notify the petitioner about the same so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move the Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4.With these directions, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
