2. Mr.D.Palraj, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Eraniel Police Station, is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint against one Jegan Singh and the said Jegan Singh has has also given a counter complaint against this petitioner and both the complaints were enquired into by the 2nd respondent and were closed on 07.11.2016.
