ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 323 and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.49 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The defacto complainant in this case is a senior citizen. He is none other than the father of the first petitioner. The first petitioner had physically assaulted the father. Safeguarding the rights of the senior citizen is very important. Since the first petitioner has committed offences against his own father, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
