2.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petitions is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. The personal appearance of the petitioners before the Court below is dispensed with. The trial court shall not insist on their appearance unless it is necessary or imperative.
