...Contemnor/ Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 10 and 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents herein for has deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 24.03.2021 in WP(MD) No.6515 of 2021 amounting to contempt of Court under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Prayer in WP(MD). 6515/ 2021 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the appeal memorandum dt. 09.10.2020 preferred against the penalty of removal from service dt. 11.09.2020 on merits and as per law and within the time and to pass such any or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 24.03.2021, the respondent has disposed of the petitioner's representation and passed orders on 22.03.2022. Therefore, he submits that the order of this Court has been duly complied with.

3. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that once again similar order has been passed as that of the earlier order, which was challenged before this Court.

4. It is seen that this Court has not issued any positive directions to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation. It is seen that the order has been passed to the effect that the respondent shall consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law. Hence, the order has been duly complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 22.03.2022, if he is so advised.
