This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent to file a final report in Crime No.225 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent within a specified time frame as fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the respondent police is awaiting for wound certificate. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the third respondent to file final report in Crime No.225 of 2014 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
