Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is shown as Accused No.6, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b) 341, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act and Section 4 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.140 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The petitioner and other accused said to have been damaged the Sterlite Staff" Bus. The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the credit of Crime No.140 of 2018 before the jurisdictional magistrate. The defacto complainant is entitled to withdraw the said amount.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there is no previous case has been registered against the petitioner.

4.Subject to the above said condition and considering the fact that there is no previous case has been registered against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 5.The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
