Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5639/A3/2018, dated 14.8.2018 and the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.048780/W2/E2/2018, dated 24.8.2018 and quash the same and direct the respondents to transfer the Petitioner to SLB Government Higher Secondary School at Nagercoil in Kanyakumari District as P.G.Assistant(Chemistry).

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5639/A3/2018, dated 14.8.2018 and the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.048780/W2/E2/2018, dated 24.8.2018 and direct the respondents to transfer the Petitioner to SLB Government Higher Secondary School at Nagercoil in Kanyakumari District as P.G.Assistant(Chemistry).

2.When this matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 brought to the notice of this Court that a vacancy of P.G.Assistant (Chemistry) is available at Government Higher Secondary School, Pazhugal, Kanyakumari District, in which, the Petitioner is also inclined to join.

3.Recording the above said statement, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
