This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint of the Petitioner, dated 27..1.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent/State and perused the records.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the enquiry was conducted on the basis of the complaint and the same was closed. 4.In view of the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
