ORDER

The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondents 2 and 3.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent states that the petitioner had already moved this Court for the very same relief. He would also point out that the petitioner had given an undertaking agreeing to settle the claims of the fourth respondent.
