When the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader and the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the peace committee meeting has been concluded and resolutions have also been passed and they also produced a copy of the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.A4/760/2021, dated 27.02.2021.

2.In view of the above, nothing further survives for consideration in this matter and therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
