ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by Chinnazhagi @ Sathya to the second respondent herein.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, a case has been registered in Crime No.231 of 2017, on 19.09.2017, for the offences punishable under Sections 366 and 506(ii) IPC and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
