O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to depute a competent officer for re-investigation in Crime No.17 of 2013 on the file of the third respondent and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Though the petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent to depute a competent officer for re-investigation in Crime No.17 of 2013, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after investigation, the third respondent filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam in P.R.C.No.29 of 2014.

3. Considering the same, this Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C.
