For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.59 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323,324,354 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w.Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Reading of FIR and other records reveal the defacto complainant is a sweeper in Indian Oversees Bank. She borrowed loan from the first accused. Since she was unable to repay the money along with Ex-orbitant interest, the petitioners have gone to the bank where she is working. They abused her in filthy language and also attacked her. CRL OP(MD). No.4486 of 2020 attacked by the first accused Malarkannan. The defacto complainant's husband also sustained cut injury on his head and he was admitted in the hospital . After taking treatment for two days he got discharged.

3. These two petitioners are associates of A1 who had gone along with A1 to collected money from the defacto complainant and later attacked her and her husband.

4. Considering the nature of offence and the place of occurrence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Hence this petition is dismissed.
