ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / A12, who was arrested under NBW on 28.12.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 302 and 506(ii) of IPC r/w Section 149, 120(b) of IPC and Section 3(2) (v) of SC/ST Act, 1989 in Crime No.94 of 2009 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is absent today. No representation for the petitioner side.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit on instruction that petitioner herein is arrayed as A12 in this case. Exhibit IO and other witness already examined in this case in S.C.No.62 of 2010 pending on the file of the II Additional Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli. 4.Considering the stage of the case and also no representation for the petitioner's counsel, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
