ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to comply with the order in Crl MP 635/2025 passed by the learned Addl Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Nageroil dated 06.10.2025, directing the respondent police to register an FIR.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the learned Addl Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Nageroil dated 06.10.2025 in Crl MP 635/2025, an FIR in Crime No.52 of 2026 has been registered on 22.02.2026 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police, this criminal original petition stands closed.
