This Criminal Original Petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. The petitioner who is the defacto complainant seeks transfer of investigation on the sole ground that the accused persons are influential.

4. The said apprehension cannot be a ground for transfer of case. However, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.1 to monitor and supervise the investigation and the final report will have to be filed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
