ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R4.

2. I went through the contents of the representation submitted by the petitioner. She alleges that her immediate family members have unlawfully dealt with the properties in which she is also having share. But no purpose will be served by directing the revenue authority to conduct enquiry into the matter. Likewise, no restraint order can be straight away passed against the fourth respondent. These are matters that have to be agitated before the jurisdictional civil Court. The petitioner is given liberty to file an appropriate suit before the jurisdictional civil Court. If any suit is filed, it shall be numbered immediately and taken on file of-course subject to fulfillment of other requirements including payment of court fee. If any IA is filed, that shall also be disposed of as expeditiously as possible. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
