ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.10.2017 and take necessary action. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a complaint to the respondent police, stating that the proposed accused is compelling the petitioner to sale the property in favour of the accused and trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioner's property.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that an enquiry has been conducted by the respondent police. During the enquiry, the suit in O.S.No.272 of 2017 has been filed by one Ethiraj / proposed accused before the Additional Sub-Court, Kumbakonam and the same is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In view of the aforesaid fact that the suit is pending before the Civil Court, the petitioner has to work out his remedy
