ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A1 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.02.2023 for the offences under sections 354(A)(1)(i), 395 of IPC r/w.section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.35 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that already there is a proposal recommended to detain the petitioner under Act 14 of 1982.
