PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Cr.No.4 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2020 for the offences under Section 506(i) of I.P.C. r/w. Sections 9(1) and 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, in Crime No.4 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.

3. The petitioner's earlier two bail petitions were dismissed. There is no change in circumstances. The respondent is directed to file the final report within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Special Judge will take cognizance of the offences immediately and without any delay. CRL OP(MD). No.4602 of 2020 completion of the other formalities. The petitioner is at liberty to renew his bail petition after the examination of the victim is over.

4. With these directions, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
