This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to give paper publication in Malai Malar Tamil News paper in Thanjavur Edition 1/3

for serving notice to the 1st respondent.

3. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. This petition is allowed. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take substituted service to the 1st respondent by publishing in one edition of Malai Malar, Tamil Newspaper having vide circulation in and around Thanjavur District indicating the next date of hearing as 18.11.2025. 15-10-2025 2/2 rm 2/3
