ORDER

The subject matter of this Writ Petition is an agreement dated 04.05.2018 extending the period of quarry for five years between 04.05.2018 and 03.05.2023. Learned counsel appearing for both sides report that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition in the light of W.P(MD)No.18397 of 2018 pending on the file of this Court.

2.Recording the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
