O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.139 of 2015, dated 05.04.2015 on the file of the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.

3. A perusal of the complaint would show that a cognizable offence is made out. The question whether the petitioner involved or not, is a matter for investigation. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
