ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, assailing the order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy, in I.A.No.386/2018 in I.D.O.P.No.49/2016, dated 04.12.2019 and prays to dismiss the petition filed by the respondent claiming Interim Maintenance. 2.For the sake of convenience the parties herein are referred to as arrayed in the original suit.

3.In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties on 10.04.024 before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Bench, the dispute and indifference between the parties in the Civil Revision Petition were mediated and settlement was arrived between the parties. The parties have agreed to pass a decree for divorce in IDOP No. 49 of 2016 on the file of Family Court, Trichy, in CRP (MD) No.603 of 2020 before this Court and the respondent/wife has received one time maintenance of Rs.10 lakhs in full quit.

4.In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties on 10.04.2024, this Court hereby passed an order dissolving the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent registered in S.No.58, dated 23.06.2015 by the Marriage Registrar and subsequent registration of marriage registered before the District Registrar Office, Tiruchirappalli, on 31.08.2015 in Marriage S.No.1389/2015.

5.Accordingly, this petition is allowed in terms of joint compromise memo. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. The joint compromise memo, dated 10.04.2024 shall form part and parcel of this order.
