This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 1st respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime.No.371 of 2022, dated 06.07.2022, on the file of the respondent police within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation in this case will be completed within a month.

4. Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.371 of 2022 and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/5
